05/29/2001Finding & Order that existing Chapter 4901:1-5, O.A.C. is hereby rescinded with such recession becoming effective simultaneously with the effectiveness of the new rules being adopted today; that new Chapter 4901:1-5, O.A.C., as set forth in Appendix A to this order, is hereby adopted; that copies of new Chapter 4901:1-5, O.A.C., be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Review, the Legislative Service Commission, and the Secretary of State; that all local service providers and toll service providers in the state of Ohio shall, within 30 days of this order, file tariff amendments incorporating appropriate language from Appendix B to this order; that all telecommunications service providers shall file amended tariff pages within 30 days after the rules being adopted in this case become legally effective; that an interim policy on the filing and minimum content requirement for local service providers' tariffs is adopted and shall remain in effect during the pendency of Case No. 99-998-TP-COI, or until the Commission specifically orders otherwise.286
