Entry ordering that in accordance with the findings, SBC's 12/16/2004 request for waiver of rule 4901:1-5-15(C), O.A.C. is granted and that with compliance with MTSS Rule 15(C) is achieved in situations involving the bill of any LEC or IXC whose customer is subscribed to a flat rate, unlimited toll calling plan that the company provide, at the customer's request, all of the bill detail specified in the MTSS Rule 15(C). LECs and IXCs who wish to begin using the abbreviated bill format must provide prior notice to all affected customers and send notice to be reviewed by the Commission's Consumer Staff prior to it's use. |
