Entry ordered, that in accordance with the above findings, Verizon's January 5, 2005, request for waiver of MTSS Rule 4901:1-5-16 (A) and (B), O.A.C., is granted for the period of January 3 through January 22, 2005, for the 167 exchanges identified in the company's April 8, 2005 supplemental filing and in the footnote to Finding (2) of this entry, that 48 shall be added to each of the timeframes established in MTSS Rule 16 (B) for purposes of determining credits to customers located in the involved 167 Verizon exchanges. |
