Entry ordered, that in accordance with the above findings, Alltel's January 6, 2005, request for waiver of MTSS Rule 4901:1-5-16(A) and (B), O.A.C., is granted for the period of January 4 through January 6, 2005, for the Granville, Gratiot, Hanover-Marne, Newark, and St. Louisville exchanges, that 48 hours shall be added to each of the timeframes established in MTSS Rule 16 (B) for purposes of determining credits to customers located in the Granville, Gratiot, Hanover-Marne, Newark, and St. Louisville exchanges. |
