Finding and order stating that Rule 10 be revised as set forth in the appendix to this finding and order; that attached revised Rule 4901:1-5-10. O.A.C., should be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of Section 111.15, Revised Code; the final rule be effective on the earliest date permitted by law; AT&T's May 28, 2008, waiver request in moot and that all telecommunications service providers in Ohio review and amend their tariffs, if applicable, in accordance with this finding and order. |
