Entry ordering that in accordance with the above findings, Alltel-Western Reserve's July 10, 2003 and July 11, 2003, request for waiver of Rules 4901:1-5-16 (A) and (B) O.A.C. are granted in part and denied in part, that 48 hours shall be added to each of the time frames established in Rule 16 (B) for purposes of determining credits to customers located in the exchanges granted relief in finding (8) above. |
