Entry ordering that in accordance with the above findings, Western Reserve's September 22, 2004 request for waiver of MTSS rules 4901:1-5-16(A) and (B), O.A.C is granted for the period of September 17 through September 27, 2004 for the Powhatan Point, Quaker City, and Chester exchanges; that 48 hours shall be added to each of the timeframes established in rule MTSS Rule 16 (B) for purposes of determining credits to customers located in these exchanges. |
