Entry ordering that Verizon's request for waiver is approved for a certain limited number of days in a certain limited number of the exchanges included in its request; the waiver request is denied for all exchanges and all dates not specified in the appendix to this entry; 48 hours shall be added to each of the time frames established in MTSS Rule 16 (B) for purposes of determining credits to customers located in the Verizon exchanges listed. |
