Entry ordering that no waiver of MTSS Rule 17(K)(1) is necessary in order for Ameritech to proceed with its proposal to print the postmark date of its bills; before implementing its proposal, Ameritech must provide information to its customers concerning the new format; that all telecommunications providers in Ohio who offer PCFs, including Ameritech, are hereby authorized to lift a PCF upon the oral authorization of a subscriber made during a call placed directly by the subscriber to the telecommunications provider, so long as the subscriber provides during the call appropriate verification data. |
