Entry ordering that the rehearing is granted to the extent indicated in the "discussion" section of this entry and is, likewise, denied as indicated there; that the new MTSS rules, which were earlier adopted, are hereby rescinded; that existing Chapter 4901:1-5, O.A.C. is hereby rescinded, with such rescission becoming effective simultaneously with the effectiveness of the new rules being adopted today; that copies of new Chapter 4901:1-5, O.A.C., as set forth in the appendix of this entry on rehearing, be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Review, the Legislative Service Commission, and the Secretary of State. |
