Entry ordering that in accordance with the findings, that the request by Ohio's small ILEC's for a blanket waiver of MTSS Rules 20(D)(1) and 20(D)(4) is denied and they need not have or deploy the same sophisticated answer time measurement and compliance verification systems as the Commission expects Ohio's large ILEC's to have in place, instead, they are allowed to utilize less sophisticated means. |
