Entry ordered that in accordance with the above findings, SBC January 5, 2005, request for waiver of Rule 4901:1-5-16(A) and (B), O.A.C., is granted for the period of January 3 through January 20, 2005, for the 154 wire centers named in the footnote to Finding (2) of this entry; that 48 hours shall be added to each of the timeframes established in MTSS Rule 16 (B) for purposes of determining credits to customers located in the 154 involved wire centers; that SBC's request for waiver of MTSS Rule 20(B) is denied in accordance with Finding (10)); that SBC's motion for protective order, filed on April 8, 2005 is granted pursuant to Finding (11). |
