Opinion and order stating that the attached rules are hereby adopted and that the existing Chapter 4901:5-5, O.A.C., be rescinded and that attached Chapters 4901:1-39, 4901:1-40, 4901:1-41, 4901:5-1, 4901:5-3, and 4901:5-5, O.A.C., be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission, the final rules be effective on the earliest day permitted by law unless otherwise ordered by the Commission. |
