Entry ordering that projects for the of additional protective devices be authorized for the public grade crossings identified in finding 4, it is further ordered that the preliminary engineering and construction costs associated with these installation projects be funded as set in finding 5, it is further ordered that in accordance with staff's recommendations, the railroads file with the Commission's railroad division as soon as possible, site plans, cost estimates, and proposed time schedules for the installation of automatic protective devices at these crossings as set forth in finding 7, it is further ordered that unless otherwise notified these railroads commence with the acquisition of materials and construction upon submission of the required plans and estimates and that the installation projects be completed at these crossing no later that September 18, 1998.
