(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Fallsburg, Mary Ann, Perry, Madison, Franklin, Hopewell and Bowling Green Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINSTS serving the Newark Commercial Zone as existing October 14, 1988. (2) AGAINST the transportation of mobile homes and modular units. (3) AGAINSTS the trans- portation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (4) AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. (5) AGAINST the transporttion of houdsehold goodos, office furniture and fixtures; farm supplies and farm machinery; and the transportation of property in armored vehicles. (6) AGAINST the transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only.
