(9) The transportation od fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less. (10) The transportation of property in armored vehicles. (11) The transporttion of property to and from points and places located on or bordering immediately upon Ohio Route 40, State Route 16 and County Highway 311. (12) The transportation of scrap metal. (13) The transportation of cash letter, audit and accounting media and banking records.0
