Finding and Order ordering that OCC's Motion to Intervene be denied; that because the Commission finds that no need exists for granting any except one of the waiver requests MCI originally submitted in this case, those requests will neither be granted nor denied. MCI's request for waiver of the customer notice requirements set out in Rule 4901:1-6-17, O.A.C., is necessary and, for the reason set out in finding (11)(c) of this finding and order, is granted; that MCI's tariff applications filed on July 12, 2005 in Case Nos. 05-888-TP-ZTA and 05-889-TP-ZTA, as later amended on August 29, 2005, January 24, 2006, and April 28, 2006, are approved; that these two cases be closed of record. |
