Entry ordering that the competitive retail natural gas implementation issues timetable approved by the Commission on October 17, 2002, is modified to require the natural gas companies, on or after May 1, 2003, to enable customers who are current on their payment plans to choose a competitive retail natural gas supplier; that, in the event that a natural gas company cannot meet a specific implementation item under the modified, approved timetable, it shall seek, in advance, appropriate Commission authorization for otherwise implementing the requirement. |
