Entry ordering that Wheeling's application for rehearing is granted, in part, and denied in part, motion to strike is denied and that the stay issued on 5/9/02 is lifted. On or before 7/1/02, Wheeling remove anything that is located within the gauge of the track or within an area located eight feet in eight direction away from the center of the track that is unrelated to or unnecessary for or not required for the safe and lawful operation of railroad equipment if it is operating or allowing rail operations on this portion of its rail system. |
