Finding and order stating that the attached amended rules be adopted; the attached amended rules contained in Chapters 4901:5-1, 4901:5-3, 4901:5-5, and 4901:5-7, O.A.C, be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission, and the Secretary of State in accordance with divisions (D) and (E) of Section 111.15, Revised Code; final rules be effective on the earliest day permitted by law. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the review date for these rules shall be November 30, 2016. |
