Opinion & Order that the Ohio Power Siting Board approves and adopts the stipulation and recommendation between Scioto Ridge Solar Project, LLC, the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, and Staff, and directs that, subject to the conditions set forth in the stipulation and consistent with this Opinion and Order, a certificate of environmental compatibility and public need be issued to Scioto Ridge Solar Project, LLC for the construction, operation, and maintenance of an 110 megawatt solar-powered electric generation facility, one 1,000 foot long 345 kilovolt electric gen-tie line, and a 20 megawatt battery energy storage facility in Lynn, McDonald, and Taylor Creek Townships in Hardin County electronically filed by Jennie Schneider on behalf of Ohio Power Siting Board. |
