Finding and order, that the joint application of Northeast and Columbia to transfer certain natural gas distribution facilities and the right and obligation to serve approximately 5,269 customers served through those facilities be approved; and that Northeast and Columbia notify, by separate mailing, the affected customers in Columbia's service area of the approval of the transaction within 30 days of the effective date of this order, explaining the transaction, the approximate date of the transfer, and the tariff under which service will be provided. The proposed notice shall first be submitted to the Commission's Service Monitoring and Enforcement Department for review and approval. |
