to operate a water works company be issued to the applicant,
Camplands Water Company ordered that Consistent the expressions of the Commission,
supra, the applicant be, and it is, hereby, ordered, to
make water service available to consumers desiring said service
who are located immediately contiguous to applicant's presently
proposed distribution lines ordered that nothing herein contained be construed to be
binding upon this Commission in any subsequent proceeding involving
the reasonableness of any rate, charge, rule or regulation. |
