Finding and Order that the Application is approved through March 31, 2016 and subject to the conditions set forth in Finding (13) of this Finding and Order, that Applicant shall apply the proceeds from the Securities for the purposes set forth in this Finding and Order and otherwise pursuant to the provisions of R.C. 4905.40, that after the Securities authorized by this Finding and Order are issued, Applicant shall report to the Commission, as soon as practicable, but in any event no later than 60 days after executing the Securities, the terms and full particulars regarding the issuances. |
