Attorney Examiner Entry ordering that the following procedural schedule should be established:
(a) A local public hearing will be conducted on February 2, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Dayton Municipal Building, Commission Chambers, 101 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402; (b) All discovery requests, except notices of deposition, shall be served by February 2; (c) intervenor testimony shall be filed on or before February 13, 2023; (d) The evidentiary hearing will commence on March 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Commission, Hearing Room 11-A, 11th Floor, 180 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215-3797; and, that AES Ohio publish notice of the local public hearing and evidentiary hearing as directed
