Entry ordering that the stipulation be adopted and approved; that by May 3, 2011, NS submit to ORDC and ti:ie Commission's Railroad Division site plans and cost estimates for the project and by May 10, 2011, file a letter in this docket advising that site plans and cost estimates have been submitted to the Commission; that following approval of the site plans and cost estimates, NS proceed with and complete the project on or before February 2, 2012. |
