Entry ordering, that the prehearing conference be rescheduled as set forth in Finding (5). The attorney examiner finds that DP&L's motion to reschedule the prehearing conference is reasonable and should be granted. Therefore, the prehearing conference shall be rescheduled for May 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Commission, 180 East Broad Street, 11th Floor, Hearing Room 11-A, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Finally, the attorney examiner notes that all other portions of the procedural schedule set forth in the April 18, 2012, entry shall remain in effect. (MLW) |
