Opinion and order that AT&T's application for alternative regulation of BLES and other Tier 1 services is granted in part and denied in part; that OCC's request for a hearing is denied; that OCC's motion to dismiss AT&T's application as it pertains to the Pitchin Exchange is moot; that to the extent addressed in this Opinion and order, all arguments are denied; that all documents that were filed under seal in conjunction with OCC's motion for protective order be maintained for 18 months from the date of this Opinion and order. |
