Finding and Order, that the motions to intervene filed by OEC, OCC, and Citizen Power be granted. It is, further, ordered, that the motion for admission pro hac vice of Theodore S. Robinson be granted. It is further, ordered, that FirstEnergy's alternative energy portfolio status report for 2009 be accepted in accordance with finding (9). It is, further, ordered, that FirstEnergy 2010 overall SER benchmark be increased to include the shortfall for 2009, as calculated by Staff in its findings and recommendations. |
