Entry granting Embarq an opportunity to file a supplemental pleading no later than October 8, 2007 in accordance with Finding (6); that, OCC shall have until November 13, 2007, to file a statement to respond to supplemental pleading filed by Embarq in accordance with Finding (7), Embarq's reply to any such statement by OCC shall be due no later than November 21, 2007, OCC may conduct additional discovery in accordance with Finding (7); that, in accordance with Finding (8), Embarq is granted a two-day extension, until September 27, 2007, for filing its memorandum contra the statement of opposition filed by OCC on September 6, 2007. Likewise, OCC is granted a two-day extension, until October 4, 2007, for filing its reply to any such memorandum contra filed by Embarq. (DF) |
