Finding and Order; ordered that the February 1, 2007 Stipulation, as submitted by the parties, is approved, as modified by Finding (21); that the Companies' current Transmission and Ancillary Service Riders, which were effective July 1, 2006, under the automatic approval process, are subject to reconciliation based on a continuing review of in the Companies' Transmission and Ancillary Service Riders; that Commission staff perform a biennial review of the Companies' controllable costs, as fully set forth in Staff's Review and Recommendations filed on February 1, 2007; that the Commission's docketing division incorporate the Companies April 27, 2006 application, and the subsequent pleadings, through this Finding and Order into the new docket under Case No. 07-128-EL-ATA; that the Companies, and any party in this proceeding, file all pleadings related to this Finding and Order under Case No. 07-128-EL-ATA; that the Companies file any future adjustment applications for their Transmission and Ancillary Service Riders under Case No. 07-128-EL-ATA; that Case No. 04-1932-EL-ATA be closed of record. |
