Opinion and Order stating that OCC's and AEP Ohio's motions for protective order be granted for a period of 18 months from the date of this Opinion and Order; that the stipulation of the signatory parties be adopted and approved; that AEP Ohio's application to establish initial SDRR rates be approved and modified consistent with the terms of the stipulation and this Opinion and Order; that AEP Ohio be authorized to file in final form complete copies of its tariffs consistent with the stipulation and this Opinion and Order; that AEP Ohio shall notify its customers of the changes to the tariff via bill message or bill insert within 30 days of the effective date of the revised tariff. |
