Opinion, Order and Certificate ordering that the June 6, 2016 Entry be affirmed and the motions to intervene by OVJA and Kenneth Johnson be denied, that the motion for protective order to seal portions of the record in these matters be granted and that the stipulation be approved and adopted, the transmission line be installed at the preferred site as described in the application and that a certificate be issued to SFE for the construction, operation and maintenance of the transmission line and switchyard at the proposed site subject to the conditions set forth in the Stipulation and this Order. |
