Entry ordered that the Staff's motion for a continuance of the hearing, until November 16, 2011, be granted as set forth in finding (8). Finding (8) The Attorney Examiner recognizes that a settlement in these cases will conserve that time and resources of the parties, as well as the Commission, to the benefit of all stakeholders. Furthermore, Rule 4901-1-12 (F), O.A.C., permits the issuance of an expedited ruling on the motion for a continuance, without the filing of memoranda, as the issuance of an expedited ruling will not adversely affect a substantial right of any party. The motion to continue the hearing is reasonable and should be granted. Accordingly, the nearing will be continued until November 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission, in Hearing Room 11-C, 180 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215. (GS) |
