Administrative Law Judge Entry ordering that AEP Ohio and Duke’s requests for termination of the coordination agreements with Current be approved; that the AEP Ohio and Duke immediately begin the process of transitioning Current’s customers back to the SSO load; that Current advise the Commission’s Service Monitoring and Enforcement Department by May 17, 2024, as to the status of all its customers not transitioned to the applicable EDU’s SSO or an alternative supplier; and that the AEP and Duke waive any applicable switching fees for those Current customers who choose an alternative supplier in the next 60 days electronically filed by Ms. Donielle M.
