Opinion, Order and Certificate ordering that the June 6, 2016 entry be affirmed and the motions to intervene by OVJA and Kenneth Johnson be denied, it is further ordered that the stipulation be approved and adopted and that a certificate be issued to SFE for the construction, operation and maintenance of the generation facility at the proposed site subject to the conditions set forth in the Stipulation and this Order. |
