Opinion and Order that the stipulation be approved and adopted, that AEP provide Staff with updates on the status of the applicable federal agency approvals regarding the Pleasant Valley Wildlife Area and that a certificate be issued to AEP for the construction, operation and maintenance of the transmission facility along the preferred route, subject to the conditions set forth in the Stipulation and this Order. |
