RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINST the transportation of househsold goods, office furniutre and fixtures. (2) AGAINST cross- hauling. (3) AGAINST service from and to points in the existing or future Chillicothe Commercial Zone, except the named facilities. (4) To the transportation of property having an immediate prior or subsequent storage in the facilities used by Rodney W. Winegardner, dba WRH Company. |
