Entry ordering that SBC Ohio may proceed with the applicable true-up process, as well as charging the approved permanent rates consistent with Finding (6); that SBC Ohio file its proposed interconnection agreement amendment language, as well as a list of the CLECs subject to the proposed language and the date which each specific CLEC was sent the proposed language in accordance with Finding (7); that each affected CLEC shall have until May 2, 2005, to file its response to SBC Ohio's proposed interconnection agreement amendment language. |
