Finding & Order that the motions for protective order filed by Ameritech, Nextlink, and Sprint are granted; that no need has been shown for formally reexamining the Commission's existing policy on toll blocking and that policy shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect; that the interim relief granted to Ameritech under the February 4, 1999 entry shall terminate on May 23, 2991, and Ameritech must fully comply with the Commission's selective toll blocking by that same date; that Ameritech shall submit to the Commission's staff by April 29, 1999, a compliance plan describing in detail how it will bring itself into full compliance with the selective toll blocking policy by May 23, 1999; that a workshop shall be held on May 25, 1999 and all potential participants should, at least 15 days prior to the workshop, present to the Commission's staff (c/o Attorney Examiner Fullin), a list of issues which the participant proposes should be addressed through the workshop the staff will review these submissions, and prepare a master list of those issues that are in keeping with the terms of this entry.
