Northern Materials, Inc. Ray Moulder Carrier Corp., Ray Moulder, Inc. and Refiners Transport and Terminal Corp. for exemption from the security requirements of sections 4905.40, 4905, 41 and 4905,42 or, in the alternative, for authority pursuant to section 4905.41 of the Ohio Revised Code for authority to participate in a loan agreement, provide security for the loan agreement and issue promissory notes pursuant to such an agreement. |
