(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to all points in the State of Ohio. RESTRICTED 1. To the transportation of packages, parcels or articles not exceeding 150 pounds in weight, with no limit on aggregation. 2. Against the transportation of exposed picture films, except trailers, to or from motion picture exhibitors. 3. Against the transportation of shipments in armored vehicles. 4. Against the transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media film, business records and legal documents. 5. Against the use of tractor-trailer units, except when either (1) transporting shipments between terminals owned or leased by certificate holder or its authorized agents; or (2) transporting packages, parcels or articles not exceeding 75 pounds in weight, with no limit on aggregation. |
