(PROPOSED AMENDMENT: To remove the restriction against serving Newberry and Brown Townships, Miami County, Ohio. (AUTHORITY AS AMENDED: Transportation of property from and to points in Miami County (except Bethel and Monroe Townships), Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: 1) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures; commodities in bulk; property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers; and house trailers and/or mobile homes and personal effects. 2) Service at Troy, Ohio (as determined by municipal boundaries existing February 2, 1979). 3) Service at Piqua, Ohio and its Commercial Zone as it existed February 2, 1979. 4) Oil and gas well machinery and supplies.
