Finding and Order, ordering that filing and reporting requirements for long term forecast reports as set forth in Attachment 1 of the Finding and Order are hereby adopted, that copies of these amended rules be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission, and the Secretary of State, in accordance with division (D) and (E) of Section 111.15, revised code, that the adopted rules be effective as of the earliest date permitted by law., Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the review date for rule shall be November 30, 2000. |
