(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of liquid bulk commodities in tank vehicles between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED: 1) Transportation of liquid chemicals from and to Ashtabula, Ohio unless the point of orgin or destination is otherwise authorized herein; 2) Transportation of hydro- flosilicic acid, in bulk, in tank vehicles, from and to Cleveland, Ohio unless the point of origin or destination is otherwise authorized herin; and, 3) Transportation of petroleum and petroleum products; liquid fertilizer solutions; plastics, resins, plasticizers and latexes, in liquid forms; chlorinated paraffin; chlorinated hydrocarbons caustic soda, bichromate of soda liquor in liquid form; and liqud foundry core compound. |
