Opinion & Order that the Vectren stipulation entered into by Vectren, OCC, and the Staff, is adopted in its entirety; that the DP&L stipulation entered into by DP&L, OCC, and the Staff is adopted in its entirety; that the auditors selected to conduct the next GCR audit for Vectren should perform the review and analysis as set forth in the Order; that Case No. 00-120-GA-FOR is closed of record; that Case No. 00-220-GA-GCR remain open until the Commission specifically orders otherwise; that the staff conduct an audit of DP&L to determine whether the company fully and accurately complied with its obligations; the staff shall file a report if its audit results in the GCR case, 00-220-GA-GCR, by no later than January 18, 2002.
