Entry ordering that the waterworks and/or sewage disposal system companies listed in Attachment I to this entry be authorized to file in final form four complete printed copies of the approved tariffs; that each company listed in Attachmet I shall immediately commence mailing the notice of customer rights to all of its customers, to be completed within 30 days; that companies listed in Attach- ment I as having completed all notice of customer rights, tariff, application forms, and bill format requirements of this case in a recent application for increase in rates have met the requirements of this case and are exempted from the prior ordering paragraphs; that Marrk V Water Co., Inc. and Sharon Utilities, Inc. are exempted from the prior ordering paragraphs as they are no longer a public utility regulated by the Commission; that Copley Square Water Co. and Copley Square Sewer Co. shall immediatly commence mail- ing th enotice ofcustomer rights to all of their customers, to be completed within 30 days.
