Entry ordering that Power Energy and Power Resources shall present evidence at the August 28, 1998 hearing as to why they should not be found to be in violation of the July 23, 1998 entry for not stopping gas service to the existing customers as directed by the PUCO staff; East Ohio shall also present evidence regarding this additional issue at the hearing; that East Ohio shall not terminate the gas service for Hans Rothenbuhler & Sons/Middlefield Cheese Company unless otherwise ordered by the Commission.
