Entry ordering that in accordance with finding (3) of this entry any interested party wishing to intervene shall file with the commission and serve upon PCS a motion for inter- vention and an accompanying memorandum in support on or before July 15, 1996, it is further ordered that PCS file a response to any motions for intervention on or before July 22, 1996 and that PCS include the new intervention deadline in any publications of legal notice made after its motion for extension of time was filed in this case.
