(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to the warehouse facilities of the Unit Companies located at or near Akron, Ohio. RESTRICTED (1) Against cross-hauling; (2) To shipments having a prior or subsequent storage at said facilities; (3) Against serving any other point in the existing or future Akron Ohio Commercial Zone; (4) Against the transportation of commodities in bulk; and (5) Against the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures. FURTHER RESTRICTED to warehouse facilities located at 3175 Gilchrist Road, Mogadore, Ohio, and 820 Flora Avenue, Akron, Ohio. FURTHER RESTRICTED to the use of tractor- trailers units. |
